Abstract National Weather Service observations of doppler radar RIDGE 1x1 km base reflectivity as a cascaded WMS service from NOAA. Layer 1 = radar image, Layer 2 = Time stamp of radar image. This layer is the time the radar image is valid. Time is in Universal Coordinated Time. For the current time in Oklahoma subtract 5 hours for Daylight Savings Time and 6 hours for Standard Time. Coverage is for the entire continental US. The image is updated every 5 minutes.
Purpose Provide the time that the weather radar image is valid.
