Abstract This is a shapefile with hyperlinks for downloading a zip file containing jpeg2000 30x compressed 2025 6-in (15 cm), 3-band CIR leaf-off orthophoto county mosaics. The imagery is in jp2 format with their associated world file in EPSG:6350 (US Albers 48 (2011)) coordinate system and the associated .xml file. For ArcMap users all three files (.jp2, .j2w and .xml) need to be in the same folder to be displayed georeferenced correctly. For ArcPro users just loading the .jp2 will display correctly. The imagery covers the eastern ~60% of Oklahoma which includes 54 counties. Imagery was collected between 2/1/2025 and 3/16/2025. Each image file covers the entire county boundary plus at least a 1 mile buffer to create a rectangular image frame. Each zip file file can be downloaded individually by clicking on the hyperlink included in the popup. If more than one zip file is needed you can create an area of selection by using the red selection box from the toolset or upload a shapefile to create an area for selection. You can download this selection area as a csv file, delete the header and all columns except for the column of the desired url and save as a text file. You can use a program such as UGET or WFSDownloader (https://www.wfdownloader.xyz) to create a batch download of your list of urls.
Purpose To provide high quality, high resolution leaf-off aerial imagery of Oklahoma in a format that is easily downloaded in a smaller file size (30x less) than uncompressed imagery.
