These districts are filed when the districts wish to collect property or sales taxes. The counties included are Canadian, Cleveland, Grady, Hughes, Lincoln, Logan, Muskogee, Oklahoma, Rogers, Sequoyah, Tulsa, and Wagnoner counties |
