Abstract
| This is an ArcView shapefile of the state-wide boundaries of Oklahoma's 11 COG (councils of governments or sub-state planning districts). |

Purpose
| This COG Service Area boundary data set was created by the Oklahoma Department of Commerce from 2000 TIGER/Line files of the Census Bureau to provide information on the regional boundaries within the State of Oklahoma State . The TIGER/Line data for the individual counties was merged by COG region into an ArcView shape file for the entire Oklahoma State. |
